Loan-request disclosures

Understand what submitting a request does and what to check before accepting an offer.

Fresh Hope Financial is a loan-request service. A request does not guarantee approval.

Loan-request service, not a lender

Fresh Hope Financial is a service for submitting a loan request, not a lender. The lender makes the credit decision, sets the loan terms and provides any loan funds.

A request does not guarantee an offer, approval or funding. You may decide whether to accept any offer after reviewing the lender’s agreement.

Examples and general explanations

The repayment guide and calculator are educational examples. The calculator’s inputs do not indicate available loan amounts, rates or terms.

Website information is general education, not a binding credit offer or individualized financial or legal advice.

Review actual terms

Read the lender’s amount, APR, fees, total repayment, dates and conditions before deciding. Confirm availability where you live.

Check the payment-collection method and every due date. Ask the lender to explain anything unclear before accepting its agreement.

Availability and funding times

Availability and eligibility depend on the lender, product and applicable state law. A state guide does not establish that a lender or product is available at your address.

Approval, a particular rate or amount, and funding by a specific time are not guaranteed. Timing can depend on the lender’s review and banking processes; do not rely on same-day funding to meet a deadline.

Credit inquiries and verification

A lender may obtain a credit report or use other information to verify identity, assess eligibility or review a request, subject to applicable law. Do not assume that a request involves no credit check.

Read the disclosures and authorizations shown by the relevant party and ask how an inquiry could affect your credit before proceeding.

Costs, missed payments and alternatives

Payday and other short-term loans can be expensive. Repeated borrowing may increase the cost and make repayment harder. These products are not a long-term financial solution.

Late payments, default or an extension may have consequences under the lender’s agreement and applicable law, including additional costs where permitted. Review those provisions and contact the lender early if you may miss a payment.

Consider asking for more time to pay a bill or comparing options at a bank or credit union before choosing a high-cost loan.

Personal information and consent

Before entering or submitting personal information, read the privacy and consent notices presented in the request form. Check the parties identified, the information requested, its proposed uses or sharing, contact permissions and available choices.

Review the website’s privacy information as well. A general borrowing guide does not explain every party’s data practices or create consent on your behalf.

Your decision and consumer rights

Review any offer and agreement before deciding whether to accept. Keep copies of the terms and use the lender’s identified contact details for questions about a loan.

Nothing in these disclosures limits any consumer right or protection that cannot be waived under applicable law.
